THE POINT-SHOOT AFFAIR…
is a photo, video, and creative direction practice by Paul Anthony Fujita. I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. I briefly attended Tufts/The School Of The Museum of Fine Arts. I started my professional career in 2010 in New York City immediately with ad agency work for big brands, finding myself thrust behind the lens realizing bold and unique campaigns with the agency of record for Patrón Tequila, traveling across 23 cities for “The Patrón Secret Dining Society” and “The Patrón Cocktail Lab” alongside the launch of “Patron XO Café.” Since, I’ve worked in fashion photography in New York City, Berlin, Germany and Japan before settling down in Houston, TX in 2022. Client work includes: Adidas, Patrón Tequila, Tiffany & Co., GOOP, Lazaro SOHO, Trumer Pils, e.x.p. japon, Michael Raymond Jewelry, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, L’Etoile Sport, RUN DMC, XRC Labs, BOATS.com, Sticky’s Finger Joint, Karole Hermitage GONE! DANCE, Y’s Publishing, and more. These days I’m more interested in portraits, weddings, family photography, and photo and video for showcasing small business. Very lately, I've been smitten by photography fine art printing and acquired my very own print lab. I fully embrace the adage “it’s not a photograph until it’s a print in your hands…”
